I joined Lucille Roberts in December 2006. I went to work out maybe 5 times.

The place was a mess.

I didnt get any kind of help from the girls at the front desk. I lost my card, paid the $10.00 to get a replacement and still havent recieved my card. I would like to cancel my memebership, if I knew who in the heck I contact. I very displeased with the company.

Also the girls at the front desk were more interested in ordering food and talking about their personal lives then in helping their clients.

It was a very unpleasent experience and I will never go back.
