I've been a gold member for quite a few years now. I mainly work out at the commack location since so many others have closed. For approximately the last 6 months the gym had employed a cleaning service that cleans late morning or early afternoon. I look forward to peaceful work outs & find the noise of the vacuum very annoying & a distraction!

I have been a customer 10 years or more. I have been having some financial difficulties and called customer service for assistance on my bill. The individual was sarcastic and no help. Asked for supervisor,whom never came to phone! Overall, I am terminating my membership!! I appreciate a company that offer assistance due to hardships. The New yeR is coming and I will lose Lucille Roberts behind!!!
