One of the or the worst customer service I ever dealt with. I would advise all not to deal with this Gym.
They pursue you to enroll with them and they will send you so many adds but they refuse to mentioned that there is a fee associated with account closure. I moved to another location and I'm trying to close my wife's account but to no avail unless I pay a certain fees that was never mentioned. In simple I would label their service as fraud.
In addition, their customer support is so rude. I'll never ever deal with such people and advise all not to.
