I want to cancel my membership

The way Lucille Robert's have treated customers during these difficult times is very indicative of why they're going out of business. My old gym location has closed and I haven't been in the city since my job went remote in March of 2020. All I want to do us cancel my membership but you can't call a closed location and there's no corporate customer service number. So every week they charge me for a membership that I can't use and can't successfully reach out to anyone to cancel. It's shameful.

Gym has been closed but still being charged a membership fee

I used to be a member of Lucille Roberts in Jersey City, New Jersey. The club closed with no notice to the members. It has been padlocked since Governor Murphy closed gyms in New Jersey. At first I was not being billed my monthly fee but it has begun billing again. I have tried to cancel my membership through your website but I am unable to.

Cancellation

I keep calling the phone number and no one answers and the gym is still charging me even thought the GYM IS CLOSED!! That seems kind of ridiclous, what terrible customer service and they make it harder to cancel your memebership where it would be so much easier to just do it online, but they making us call or send an email which is never answered. I know i´m not the only one with this problems, it´s a lot of other people.

I went there this morning like usually do and there was nothing it was empty I'm pissed no one tells you nothing this place wtf happened weres my refund and why did they close down so know I want my refund and there's no one to contact because they never pick up the phone plus the machines are filthy dirty the floors are dirty plus always when I look at the machines they are always filthy in.the bottom

Cancel membership

I m unable to workout with a mask on. I also mainly used classes at LR which are not available now. I really tried working out with the musk but it is impossible for me. I wish to cancel my membership. I tried calling member services but no one picks up.

Membership

I'm very confused why I was not notified that you were opening and that my bank account was going to be debited. When I spoke to an employee at the Kings Highway location (Norma) she explained that I have the option to use that location or to use the Ny sports club in Bayridge. Those options aren't feasible for me. It was unethical to debit members account without any notification to line this company's pockets during a pandemic. Therefore I will be canceling my membership and will tell friends and family exactly what big companies like Lucille Roberts does to their members.

Canceling

They charged me for April and the gym was closed also they charged me for September and the gym is closed yet!. I'm asking for a refund for this 2 months because its unfair and unlawful!.
