Lucille Roberts - Complaint - at the Holbrook, NY Facility
I‘ve been a member of Lucille Roberts for over 10 years. I had to bring this to your attention on the incident I had at the Holbrook, NY Lucille Roberts. On 6/18/2016, the day my membership expired, I was about to work out and was approached by I believe she was the assistant manager, Donna, who I never saw before. She said that my membership expired, I said that I know and that I had planned to renew when I came back from vacation, she proceeded to say that I couldn’t workout. First, I was kind of shocked and didn’t make a stink about it at the time. I renewed my membership at that time and then I thought about it I was a little perturbed with her also with myself that I let her insisted that I couldn’t workout. I asked several members about what was said to me and they also thought that she wasn’t right. I was embarrassed on how she approached me with it. That situation should not have happened and the professionalism wasn’t there.
I don’t know her and really didn’t want to give her my sale. I am not pleased on how I was treated.
