Very unhappy

I joined Lucille Roberts in December 2006. I went to work out maybe 5 times. The place was a mess. I didnt get any kind of help from the girls at the front desk. I lost my card, paid the $10.00 to get a replacement and still havent recieved my card. I would like to cancel my memebership, if I knew who in the heck I contact. I very displeased with the company. Also the girls at the front desk were more interested in ordering food and talking about their personal lives then in helping their clients. It was a very unpleasent experience and I will never go back.

Fee For Everything At Lucille Roberts

I wanted to quit my 2 yr membership. And guess what they said in order to do that you got to switch to no commitment membership which cost $384.90 and then... You pay the 1st month payment of no commitment membership which cost $50.94 when I used to pay 25.21 per month for 2 year contract. All this was not thoroghly explained to me before signing the contract.Their is only 1 number that you can call to cancel it is not 1-800 lucille or whatever it is, the phone reps are rude young girls who have no remorse or respect for you.
