Since I don't even want to hear or see the name Lucille Roberts EVER AGAIN I will keep this brief. I enrolled myself and my daughter and paid membership fees. Within two weeks of joining I had to cancel because their manager named Kathy is the most unprofessional, rude and immature person I have ever endured in a service related business. All we tried to do was use the free passes they gave us upon joining for my two other daughters and she started screaming at us at the top of her lungs and pounding her chest saying"I'm the manager, I'm the manager". Well congrats manager who has no communication skills and lack of training on how to treat a paying customer. She blamed ME for not knowing the rules and policies of Lucille Roberts and not the employee who signed us up and failed to explain anything.Anyway I called their customer disservice line who referred me to the district manager named Camille". Camille seemed to be willing to help us but she was full of it too/. She dragged me on for about 2 weeks and not calling me when she said she would and not refunding the fees I pais?. SInce it was Kathy the mamager's fault I felt the only fair thing they could do was refund what we paid since we only used for 2 weeks!. My daughters were so humiliated that they didn't want to go back". I explained to Camille that my daughter was ordered by her physician to join a gym and that we needed the money back because I still would need to find a place for her to workout but they just DON'T care! DO NOT JOIN THIS gym! Pay a little more and deal with professionals,. It is unethical to ignore such complaints and never call a customer back and leave an issue unresolved such as Camille did to us,. Guess you thought we would forget!!! Hope if these women have daughters they aren't so turned off by a health facility as mind have been or treated worse than a criminal for trying to use something they paid for.. I just want to add some comments from my own experience. Kathy and their Staff have issues with Spanish people. They are only friendly with no-latin :?  

Staff doesn't speak a word of spanish...and they don't have any pation with us. 

Customer Service is horrible...I just waiting my mebership finished, The Zumba class is the only reason I go there. The gym smell and it's not clean ..the carpet is so old and smell..Hope the renoveted and train the personal betterm and customer service iquall to everybody no diffrences

Cathy is a bipolar lunatic. She is also a pathological liar. One moment she can be sweet. Then you walk in to scan your card and she screams crazy lies at you. This happens on a regular basis. The only reason that she hasn't been fired is because she puts on her phony sweet side in front of her bosses. She is a detriment to this gym!

I disagree. You only pay 15 dollars a month, maybe 30 at most, if you didn't try to sneak people in, none of this would have happened. I have been a member for years and if Kathy acted the way you say she did, she would have been fired long before you fought with her.

Im sorry you had that experience, however, being a member there for years, and knowing Kathy and the staff pretty well, I can assure you she would not have acted that way. You probably tried to sneak your other daughter in without paying for her. And as far as the person ringing you up not explaining everything to you when you joined, thats what you sign 50 times when you signup. Maybe if you read it instead of blaming everyone else your experience wouldn't have been so bad.

Besides Cathy being a screaming, raging lunatic manager, the classes are stale. The teachers are untrained and boring. They are not up to date with training. The gym is always dirty

having people breating down my neck to get off a treadmill when i was only on for 20 min?? get more machines!!!!!!!! worst gym ever need to cancel!! and their cust service line..ohh its ALWAYS busy!!! seriously worst gym in the world don't ever join..be weary when u see how cheap it is..because thats what u get a CHEAP experience!
