Being unable to afford a real gym and having to search around for options is a great democratic right of a free nation; lucille roberts "gyms" are by far the worst experience I have had dealing with a commercial entity . Embarasing custumer service, clown-like trainners and pathetic equipment. I will never ever try this "toy gym" again. Disgusting all the way ! |

When i went home that night i realized that they both did i called the 212 number and the club and they were very rude and UN HELPFUL. They said there was nothing they could do they dont know how this could have happened..bla bla bla . They said tey couldnt give me a refund but offered one og there plastic gym bags! TERRIBLEEEE |
