I froze my daughters membership in August due to the fact she was going away to school. When I went to unfreeze it in January for 4 weeks I was told by some *** manager that I could not do so because they have no record of me freezing it in August. How convenient! Unless I pay the monthly dues from Aug until Dec I cannot unfreeze it. Also told me that I have to call every 2 months to freeze it. Its amazing how much 1 company can lie......what a scam! Whatever you do DONT join Lucille Roberts!!!! 128c8c3
