I tried for days to call Lucille Roberts customer service to cancel my membership, but after waiting on hold forever, would give up and decide to call again later. I even tried a few times near the end of the work day (but before their 5 pm close time) but everyone had already left! Today, I finally got someone on the phone. Even though I am providing more than 30 days notice, they are still billing me for an extra month on my "no contract" membership. Not cool! What's the point of a no contract membership if you can't actually get out of it? The woman on the phone was very rude and condescending too. 128c879
