After I signed up for 2 years with Lucille Roberts(pre-paid in full) they cancelled 10% of their classes. I sent them a petition with 30 members names requesting reinstatement of the classes and never heard from them. I kept checking at my local Lucille Roberts and they said they had no control over it. I called corporate and they said I was not allowed to speak with anyone. Don't trust them. They take your money and then decrease the amount of classes you thought would be given. Their location is in Rockville Centre and the girls at the desk are very helpful but corporate sucks. 128c836
