Lucille Roberts complaint by Kimcruz

lucille roberts keeps charging a credit card that i never authorized for them to use.they are always causing an overdraft fee and i dont think its fair that i have to keep paying for that as well. my original location is not what i expected it to be they gave me orientaion twoo months after i joined. they take your money and not enough machines and room. for the price we pay i know it not bally's but i would at least think it was close to it. next time i will join Bally's they seem to support you better. Have of the instructors are over weight as well so what kind of encouragement are they give to us when the instructor just scream through the mic and thell what to do. I thought it would be better guess not. very unsatified customer.

Call the bank and cancel the card they wont have access to it anymore
