Lucille Robert continues to bebit Cash for the monthly membership fees from my bank account after I submitted the withdrew membership request. I talked to their customer services soooo many times for confirmation of the receipts of the quest document". They told me to wait but just continue to withdrew cash from my account/.Orginally they told me to give them two weeks before they process my request and would back out the payment I made?. After I called them a few times for over a month, finally they told me that they didn't receive my document?. I sent faxed the copy of my document a few times at different date, and twice of registered mail of my original document/. They just continue to ask me for the confirmation of the address (bank statement, which I included in the email already);.

They claimed that they didn't receive the document I sent (6 time at different date) 5 months ago by fax.. They also told me that they didn't receive my mailed document although I confirmed with the postoffice that the mails were dilievered to the right address and they signed off on them,.

I am speechless....now all it left for me is cancell my bank account to stop the robery by Lubille Robert. 128c784
