i will never give lucille roberts anymore of my money they are so full of ***. first off when i signed up i was told that i wold be charged 5.50 a week and i can pay 3 weeks in advance. now i havent been to this gym in about a month and when i did go it was barely. now i recieve a bill for 44.40 and mind you i have been

calling for the last 3 days with no answer. then when i did speak to someone they said my bill was now 55.40. ias soon as i got that bill i was trying to cancel. i hate this club and will never step foot back there. 128c577

By the way, I was actually charged for a more expensive plan when I joined. 

I clearly mentioned, I like to start with the cheaper plan because I do not know if I want to continue. 

 

Oh, well, the staff said she thought I wanted the plan. Yes, yes, yes....

Never had such a trouble with gyms. I enrolled Lucille Roberts in Forest Hills, Austin St. So many people without manners. They come in to sauna right from the outside with regular cloths and outside shoes with shopping bags!! Every time I go there I see these people. With machine use also, I always get into troubles, so I told the staff I like to cancel my membership. When I enrolled, they said I can cancel anytime, I just have to tell them. Now they said I have to go online to cancel. 

I went online, the website says I can only cancel by calling. 

There were always so long waiting. 

Finally I got to talk to this Jade. 

She said I have to pay for another month because I have to give them a month notice!! 

She said it is listed in the receipt. 

I checked the receipt. No mention about that. 

 

Anyway, I just want to get out with this and want to join a different gym. 

So I will pay for another month, which I no one mentioned to me before. 

 

Also, she tried to just hang up without giving me any confirmations. When I asked, she said they do not give any confirmations. 

Oh, well then, how can I be sure that they will not charge for more than one month???? They can say they did not receive a call to cancel!!! 

 

The staff at this business place sucks.
