i went to the gym at lucille robert bayridge in the office hour they just lock the door with no reason n without puting any notice outside the office and we saw men inside n seem they are gathering n having fun there...we tried to call n confirm the office hour they just hang up the phone...what kind of businese is this? finally they open the door after 15mins and told us that gym close until 5pm due to chistmas holiday on 12/7/2011 in an inpoliet way...even no apologize none sense scheduld

I refuse to use the Bay Ridge location. Thier Customer Service is Horrendous I do love the 42nd st location not only is it clean but they are actually very nice. Bay Ridge location cannot afford to be nasty to clientelle the place is hardly tolerab;e at best. I wish they would rehire a new staff. It speaks volumes that Id rather shlep to 42nd st when the Bayridge location is close to my neighborhood.
