Customer service should mean just that, not having to wait first on a constant busy signal and then again to reach a representative to correct a lucille robert error.

Why are local clubs not notified if my membership is frozen for 2 months with those 2 months added to the end?

Each year I go thru this.I have a letter stating the 2 month freeze is in effect but never added to the end of the membership.

Then a telephone call, gets you more abuse from a customer service representative. I never heard a precall statement saying that the call might be monitored perhaps this would be a good idea. 128c0a4
