Put my membership on hold. Was told that I have to reactivate when I'm ready to go back. Meanwhile, only being charged $5 a month instead of 16 and change. Noticed I was charged $16 on second month so called customer service an agent named Colette, was very rude, over talking me and telling me I told the agent prior to put it on hold for a month. LAST NIGHT I WENT WITH MY DAUGHTER TO THE VALLEY STREAM LOCATION TO SEE ABOUT REGISTERING MY 27 YEAR OLD DOWN SYNDROME DAUGHTER TO WORK WITH A TRAINER. NATURALLY I WAS ASKED ABOUT HER BEING 'CAPABLE'. I RESPONDED THAT SHE IS MORE THAN CAPABLE. I just got kicked out of class by instructor due to a bully in a class and instructor cursed at me, but left the bully stay and do the class. People don't have respect for each other and instructor is so unprofessional ! Add comment

I have submitted two (2) complaints against them for billing and communication practices with the BBB, which went unanswered. The gym in Massapequa was closed and are still charging my account - BAD BAD Business - when I tried to call the phone answers and says my call will be answered in the order in which it was received that is just starts ringing over and over - and no one answers. Was member 5 years..when i heard that Audubon, nj location ..was devastated now most gyms don't have the equipments that your gym have ..the worst mistake to close the Audubon,nj location would your company will reopen again its not a bad gym..hope that your company will consider to reopen that location again Thanks Add comment

I have heard other members from different locations say that the gym location that they go to has closed and some of them lost their membership also. If other members suffered the same faith they should forward their complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General Office. I have been a customer 10 years or more. I have been having some financial difficulties and called customer service for assistance on my bill. The individual was sarcastic and no help. Asked for supervisor,whom never came to phone! Overall, I am terminating my membership!! I appreciate a company that offer assistance due to hardships. The New yeR is coming and I will lose Lucille Roberts behind!!! Add comment

It is disgusting how the manager of this gym treats her staff. I signed a membership and the whole time the girl at the computer was being belittled by the manager it was so unprofessional and embarassing. I went home and cancelled The membership. Stay away! Add comment

Want to state that the protein powder, your label, is an excellent product. Lost pounds and trimmed up nicely. I understand that is was discontinued, should bring it back. The product that you sell now is Jennifer Lopez , I use it now and it stinks. Does not work like your product. Please reinstitute yours. Now I am looking for another product line. Add comment
