I have heard other members from different locations say that the gym location that they go to has closed and some of them lost their membership also. If other members suffered the same faith they should forward their complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General Office. I have been a customer 10 years or more. I have been having some financial difficulties and called customer service for assistance on my bill. The individual was sarcastic and no help. Asked for supervisor,whom never came to phone! Overall, I am terminating my membership!! I appreciate a company that offer assistance due to hardships. The New yeR is coming and I will lose Lucille Roberts behind!!! Add comment

It is disgusting how the manager of this gym treats her staff. I signed a membership and the whole time the girl at the computer was being belittled by the manager it was so unprofessional and embarassing. I went home and cancelled The membership. Stay away! Add comment

Want to state that the protein powder, your label, is an excellent product. Lost pounds and trimmed up nicely. I understand that is was discontinued, should bring it back. The product that you sell now is Jennifer Lopez , I use it now and it stinks. Does not work like your product. Please reinstitute yours. Now I am looking for another product line. Add comment

Lucille Roberts Customer service are Garbage, they are rude, nasty and disrespectful, they charged me after the gym was closed again. worse experience ever with them, I will sue them for charging my account again. I am a member in the Clifton site. I called to cancelled my membership because it takes me about twenty minutes to get there plus I'm always late to the class. I registered myself at the Clifton site so I can go to other gyms of Lucille. The gym that I was attending was the Fairlawn but since they close the site they don't want to reimburse me my money because I was still attending once or twice... Read more

I go to Forest Hills, NY location. There is a new member that initiates fights with only Hispanics, every single day! She threw a mat at a lady. The next day called her an animal and kicked her. The woman is crazy. Her membership should be cancelled. The manager does very little!!!!!! Add comment

The only reason I go to Lucille Roberts Valley Stream is; it's the only gym close to me. The hours sucks, they have equipments on the wall that no one can touch even though no trainers are using them. Parking is good though, gym is clean, staff is friendly, and equipments are new. We need a gym is Greens Acres Mall so badly. Read more
